Highlights:
In science we tried to make a picture…….with our eyes CLOSED!!!  We had our spelling quiz today.

Homework:

No homework for the weekend… just keep reading

Next week is letter G… Have fun and remember the students should be sounding out their clues independently.

-Home Reading – Please have your child read around 20 minutes every night.

Highlights:
Today we made it rain….. in our classroom!!! See the link :
We also investigated a test for colour blindness. Mrs. Leung-Chow’s class  had reading buddies today. Mrs. Daniel’s class had music today. We did mission impossible in the gym today.

Homework:

Look in the mirror reallllly close and see if you can see your own pupil dilate. Try turning the lights on and off.

Today we did a test with our eyes to see our irises contract and extend. We had our first day of mission impossible in the gym today. We learned the 5th job of the silent "e" today (No job "e".)

We learned about our tongue and taste buds today in science.  We continued working on our spelling words for the week and talked about the 4th rule of the silent “e”  (every syllable must have a vowel) . See the added link below.
