Monday January 11, 2016

Highlights:
Today we practiced gymnastics in gym, so much fun! We made goggles in science to wear during our 5 senses experiments coming up this week. They will help us realize what it is like living with vision impairment. Mrs. Leung-Chow’s class had reading buddies today and made numbers using egg cartons.  Mrs. Daniel’s class had music and played “shake and spill” in math today.

Homework:
Monday’s Graphemes: ph, two letter “f” phone & Sophie and dge, two letter “j” like judge and fudge.

This week is letter D in tell and show. Encourage your child to sound out their clues independently, and colour their pictures.
