Highlights:
We started building our robot’s
today. We needed to make a stable robot
that can stand on it’s own and has 1 moving part. We had fun working with fasteners and problem
solving with our materials. Pictures below
Wow! Our gladiolas exploded over the
weekend! They are so much taller than last week, and so green.

Dream Box: Dreambox

developing their problem solving skills. Teachers are able to track their

Home Reading –
Please have your child read around 20 minutes every night. Don’t forget
to engage your child by talking to them about the text. Being a good
reader is more than just knowing the words!! Good readers will: make
connections, ask and answer questions, visualize the text, make inferences and
transform their thinking.
Alternatives to Traditional Reading –
Part of being a good reader is understanding how to tell a story!
Sometimes listening to a good book is just as educational as reading a good
book. Please check out the links below for alternatives for those days where
you’d like to a change of pace.
