WE LOVE MATH! Exploring numbers, shapes, fractions and equations helps our brains to grow. Students spend the morning discussing what 1/2 looks like, the different types of lines found in the world (vertical, horizontal, diagonal) and how we can use our knowledge of numbers to make complex math equations.
Mrs. Leung-Chow’s class morphed into
scientists this afternoon, exploring their 5 senses with Sensational
Science! Through a series of different
centers, students worked with our volunteers to learn more about hearing,
seeing, smelling, touching and TASTING! (our favourite)! Thank you for all the volunteers who came in
to help out… it was a blast! Please enjoy the short video above.
